First at all the location , the comfort and the luxury room was unexpected, I don’t expect to find the room soo clean and beautiful arranged.
I like all ,location was very close to city centre was good

The location is perfect for any shows at the 02, literally a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of car parks close by too. The entrance and hallways were really clean and pleasing.
We had to wait outside 10 minutes for them to get the access code to us. Luckily it was a nice day.
The floor in the room was dirty with stains, the shower didn't drain properly and all you could smell was the drains for hours after a shower. And, the window didn't open so that wasn't ideal.
