It was very close to the city centre and the 02 academy. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had everything we needed 😀

I asked for twin bed room, but given me with three bed room which may be good for the bachelors visiting for office requirements only, but for the tourists they require a little more space.
The room space is very very less and need to provide with the washroom slippers as well which was absent.

Everything went well and it is a convenient place to stay.
it would be nice if the car park price could be a little bit cheaaper for someone who is staying longer.

I had a very relaxing sleep as the room and bed were very cosy
We could not access the rooms as the fobs did not work. My partner had to go back to reception and a staff member came to our floor to let us into our room. The issue was then fixed.

Nice, hard mattress - great for my back. Parking facility good price.
Not near any restaurants - cumbersome walk to the city centre. TV a bit small. No kettle.

Very comfortable bed. Free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent coffee from the machine downstairs, especially the mocha; I didn't try the tea. The breakfast looked very good value too, at £8.50, although I didn't try it. Fresh fruit juices, cereals including muesli, as much toast as you liked with a selection of jams (there was a gluten-free loaf there too), and croissants.
I hadn't noticed there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. My own fault for not reading properly. However there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate available from the machine downstairs at just £1.50 per cup.

It’s an ok location, everything you’ll expect from a budget hotel.
Only one plug socket to use in the room.

Small and just right for a little family of 3
Had problems swiping my card to enter my room

The location was excellent as I was going to the symphony hall which was a ten minutes walk from the hotel. Also it was only a five minutes walk to the train station and the city centre.

Abbastanza vicino al centro da essere raggiungibile a piedi. Classico standard ibis budget, prezzi contenuti, camera rassettata ogni giorno, pulita, personale alla reception molto gentile, buon caffè per 1.5£. Offrono pizza h24. Ottima soluzione in generale.
Di fronte ci sono un paio di soluzioni per un pranzo veloce

Buena ubicación. Personal amable y check in rápido. El secador de pelo lo puedes pedir en recepción.
No había enchufe cerca de la cama, el espacio del baño y de la ducha pequeños.

It’s very basic but has two things going for it; excellent location, and parking. But the room reeked of cannabis.

La atención del personal.
El desayuno, era muy poco variado. La habitación se puede mejorar igual que algunas instalaciones.

The staff made our trip. They were so friendly and helpful!
The beds were a little flat but that is just my personal preference.

Good location and you get what you pay for, no thrills and basic
In the room we were in I discovered a smell of faeces when I went to bed in the evening. At the time it was too late to leave the room and having looked at the sheets I couldn’t see any stains but wasn’t happy with this.
5.0
Wasn’t too far from the train station and the night life. Beds were fairly comfortable
The room wasn’t 100% clean but wasn’t too bad. Don’t like the fact the bathroom isn’t separate from the bedroom

Road noise.

Noise at 5.45 am of linen delivery

Place cost £40 place was disgusting, smelled and looked like a hostel, got a premier inn room for £49 which was brilliant compared to this dump

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was good not far to walk into the city centre.Car parking very good.
Rattling noise from waste pipe after people above had been to toilet and flushed the loo.

Only thing that was good was the 24/7 ale to drown my sorrows in such a terrible hotel.
Everything. Absolutely a dump. -

Structure and very clean
I like the property

Cheap and cheerful, the room and facilities are basic but that's reflected in the price. The room was clean and quiet and I had a great night's sleep, wouldn't hesitate to book again.
I'm not overly keen on going through the wee tunnels on the walk to the hotel from the town. If you're a bit wary you might want to take a taxi there if you're alone at night, it shouldn't be too dear as it's really not that far from the city centre.

Clean room
The parking was a disgrace I paid 8 pound to park in the carpark I go to the shop and I get back expecting to park in the only carpark around where I have paid for 24 hours spot and they didn’t let me in and told me it was full

Staff were nice and friendly, checking in was fast, lobby and breakfast area well heated and plenty of seating. The location wasn't far from the centre so that's was good 👍
The room was average, and there was no storage space to put your clothes for for extended stays. Like 5 coat hangers for 2 people, it wasn't sufficient, really. Most of our stuff was still packed away, getting creased, and the tv didn't work after telling them nothing was done. The same is true with the ac. The room was pretty cold after telling them twice again, and in the end nothing was done. The shower was small and hard to get to a good temperature. Sight adjustments made it either freezing or boiling. the toilet was small hard for a large man to fit, and the light flickered constantly. Also the breakfast, although nice was underwhelming, not much selection for the price, would have liked to have more variety of things. I would only recommend a short stay OR if you are really on a budget holiday.

24 hour reception and the room was an OK size.
Room wasn't clean, very small window, thin walls, room had a hostel feel to it, uncomfortable Bed, no kettle.

Was disappointed as other ibis budget had a room you could make tea/coffee when you wanted and it was free, in this hotel £1:50 each cup. Rooms and public areas need decorating as very tired

Staff were lovely, rooms were clean, small car park to the back of hotel
It’s a long walk to the centre, mattresses were so thin felt like you were lying on the hard bed base. Key cards needed reprogrammed every time we left the rooms.

Location was excellent for shopping and xmas markets. Staff friendly and helpful.
Was on the ground floor and the noise from the restaurant was horrendous rang reception after midnight to ask for loudness to stop which it did, drunk person knocking on my door at 1.30 in the morning not ideal. 2nd night was OK.
No coffee facilities in the room £1.50 a cup from reception.

Price.
180 degrees illumination in the room.
Close to attractive locations.
During a heavily rain, the receptionist refused to allow me with my family to get into the parking space and drop off my family in front of the backyard door. He suggest to drop them off on the main road which isn’t safe. I saw a vehichle about to leave a space and he still refused to allow me to drop off my family. My wife can’t walk long distances as she is suffering from heart disease and I have a baby. And I had that conversation through the intercom under the rain. The guy came to the main entrance and it was opened automatically and I entered and dropped off my family and I got in then he was surprised and kept saying there are no spaces where I already parked my car. This certainly will be my last stay in that hotel and I am really disappointed and unprofessional.

The room is very basic - as I expected from "budget", but it is clean and comfortable, and it's a good size for two. Very quiet even on Saturday night. Walkable distance from the station. It is well worth the money and we had a very comfortable stay.
I wish there was a kettle in the room. However it's not the end of the world - can live with it.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, clean throughout, spacious and comfortable
I would have loved a kettle in the room

Could have done with another pillow. On returning from evening out found local area to have a problem with vagrants and very obvious drug use
