Modern room - spacious and comfortable.
It was dirty and run down. The fitness changing rooms and pool were disgusting. Made to leave the pool 15mins early so only got a short time to swim adult only. No time to use jacuzzi etc. The hot breakfast was poor quality eg fried eggs were so oily and overcooked. Paying £10 to park. Paying £2 for pool table and not being able to play properly because there was no chalk. TV didn’t work in one of the rooms and had to wait for reception to come and sort it out.
