Loved the pool and the fact that the room looked over the pools, the BBQ areas were good, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen & lounge area was a good size & the balcony was great set up was great with a comfortable lounge & eating area.
The only bathroom was an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment which meant the people sleeping in the 2nd bedroom had to walk into the main bedroom to use the bathroom, very uncomfortable in the middle of the night! There was a set of sliding doors separating the bedrooms, even though there is a solid separate door to each of the bedrooms, hence a lack of soundproofing (I had a bad cough which woke my friend in the other room).
On check in, there was only 1 receptionist who was tied up with a foreigner's trip plans & I was kept waiting for 20 mins with no acknowledgement that I was even there & no apology for keeping me waiting!

Nice staff whist checking in. The apartment was spacious. It was quiet as it was at the back of the complex.
We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom apartment. I wouldn't have called it deluxe. Very musky and mouldy smelling when we got to the apartment. Like it had been closed up for a long time. The apartment was very tired. Needs a deep clean, fittings falling off the bathroom wall, tiles coming off the walls, marks on the walls. . Shower drain was very dirty. The beds were very hard. We paid $262 a night I believe we could have got better value elsewhere for what we paid.
