The resort itself is great, especially the pool was outstanding for the kids. Highly recommended the swim out pool apartments.
Negative when booking through private holiday makers and not the hotel itself things can become complicated.
No room service, no dine in option, couldn’t even get take away food from the restaurant so forced to eat dine in. 1 roll of toilet paper and no house keeping. Would only go back with booking direct to the hotel and not private holiday stays.

There was unfortunately a lot of rubbish in the garden areas. Our apartment was in a nice location but at times noisy as it was close to the pool. Staff mostly appeared disinterested. Pool was nice.

We loved staying at the Sea Temple resort in Port Douglas with our family. It was a wonderful place to unwind and relax by the pool and loved the pool right outside our apartment.

The room floors were very dirty on arrival (didn't seem to have been vacuumed and washed). On the third day of our stay small children put a lot of garden material (mulch and dirt) into the pool in front of our room and this was never cleaned. We were without internet for most of our stay. The whole complex is looking very tired and there is a lot of mould in the pool surrounds. On the whole unfortunately I feel that the property was overpriced.
