The location
The bedroom air conditioning system vent was dusty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The property was fine but it was the little things. I had asked for a room with a nice view of the river and we ended up on the first floor with a view of a tree. I asked to be moved to a higher floor but the hotel was fully booked. There is nowhere to hang wet bath towel or the bath mat. The food in the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast left a lot to be desired. The air conditioning was great!!
