Was very polite room was great and very good value
I didn’t bother to question at the tone..but it said that breakfast was included..it wasn’t a big thing as I was not that hungry

Upgraded room. Hear about it but never happens. I’m an IHG member. It’s well worth applying for the membership

Room size was good. Ample space for luggage.
The bathroom fan was not working. The one bedside light was not working. The room was not that clean. Needs a hoover. Bedding had stains on it. Bathroom door had smudges on it
