It was really comfortable, clean and nice. Secure place for bikes. Enough space on the parking and in the rooms. Much more than what we expected. We would stay again there and recommended for our friends.

The hotel room was pleasant enough with a decent sized balcony overlooking the mountains. The bathroom was however extremely tiny for a room that slept 4, with barely room to hang one towel let alone potentially 4! The kettle was gross and unusable (we did receive a clean one the following day after emailing the hotel owner). But the worst part was that we booked a hotel for the facilities of a hotel, a staffed reception, bar and restaurant as noted was available, plus we needed secure luggage storage after check out so choosing a hotel over an apartment was a given, but I received communication just pre arrival (after the free cancellation window had ended) to say this was actually an unstaffed hotel! We saw no staff (bar the one dropping off the new kettle) for the 4 days, we actually saw no other hotel guests either so for all we knew we were completely alone! Very strange! The best thing about this hotel is it is located only 5 mins walk from the gondola.
