Beautiful, new hotel on the river side.

Hotel was quite new and very clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lady at reception suggested us a good traditional restaurant 5 mins drive from the hotel.
Free parking on site.
Room was comfortable in general with good shower and beds.
However nothing special or exceptional.
Breakfast was not bad. We took it with us as we've been leaving early.
Sound isolation was not very good.
Location was quiet but a little bit far from the old town to walk.
Especially at the evening the road was quite dark and deserted.

Citymap is an amazing Urban-style small and very quality hotel in Maribor. It feels and looks fresh with great touch to even small details, such as own Charging station in Private parking and dog towels basket. The stuff was super polite and helpful, nice well-organized room, delicious breakfast was a great bonus. If you are looking for short or longer stay in Maribor, don't even try to find a better urban hotel experience!
