Lovely staff especially Sandra at reception very helpful. It's the second time we have stayed here. Good location and easy free parking.
We had a first floor room with a city view this time and there was quite a bit of noise from the street below.
I would recommend a higher level room or a pool view for a more peaceful stay.
It's still a very good hotel however and I do recommend it.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. There was always parking available outside and very close to shops and restaurants.
The staff were very friendly, especially João and Sandra on reception - but honestly, all the staff were very nice.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and it was a great size and the beds were comfy and it was very quiet even though we were overlooking the street.
There are 2 pools and always sun loungers available.
We had a lovely time!
There were a couple of things, our terrace door didn’t lock but once reported it was fixed immediately - and the shower holder didn’t hold the shower head up so we had to balance it - I didn’t mention it as we managed. Another thing for a 4* property was the cleaning; the cleaner came daily to make beds, change the towels, empty the bins but she didn’t wipe or clean anything, like clean out the bath or wipe the bin lid etc.

This hotel is rated as a four star it is definetley not 4 star it is dated/old grubby, Our bathroom was so old I would rate this hotel a 2 star.
