Location was great. Cleaners were exceptional, loved the pool area and snack bar. Loved the nice chilled swimming pool which was perfect temp for the heat to cool down.
Some of the facilities are a little dated, like the gym. Maybe some more kids entertainment at night like a mini disco would have been good.

The location
The staff, the uncomfortable bed, how cold the room was, the location of the room I think I was put in the worst room ever not sure why. No offer of an upgrade when arrived. No explanation of where anything was in the hotel except where my room was.
The room I was in I did not get no sleep due to vehicles continuously coming in out of the hotels car parking area. Noisy guests on my floor woke me up.
Breakfast staff were very nice. Happy to serve you. Cleaning staff also very friendly.
