Superb

What a lovely find. Loved the location, great views of the ocean, bar and restaurant. We only booked one night, but will be back for a longer stay to explore more next time. Staff really positive and friendly.

Special location with special hospitality

Amazing friendly and helpful staff, very entertaining too. Amazing food for breakfast lunch and dinner and wonderful rooms across the rainforest. Exceeded expectations 🙏🏻

We stayed there for 10 days so we tried everything on the menu. Would have been nice to have a bit more variety. But the overall quality of the food and menu was very very good.

pleasent, memorable!, great staff, great location for a get away stay away from town, great place to unplug.

we enjoyed the bliss of being accommodated in a forest setting. so many lizards and birds to see, plenty of places to walk, beautiful beaches, rock pools, mangrove’s etc. you could hangout and read a book in a hammock strung up between coconut trees and then drink a coconut rum cocktail out of the coconut by the pool. the restaurant was really cool, it had semi panoramic veiws of the cliffs and mountains falling into the coral sea. great massage. i also liked the cove.

personally i don’t like spiders or anything small moving around in my house, seen or unseen. i was extremely aware we had 3 house geckos in our room the first night. i attempted to catch them, putting 2 outside but they came back in. these ones are actually quite tame and leave you be, but we then got a 10cm or so skink in the room which i could not tolerate, so we spent 30min at 2am trying to catch him. the next day i ripped up many pamplets into strips, folded the strips thick and stuffed the gaps in the window casing( between the casing and the plaster), to stop lizards coming inside. it definately worked as i could hear things trying to get through in the middle of the night, much easier sleep. Thala, please fill all gaps! Nature is great outside haha.

Overall beautiful resort, slightly overpriced but we enjoyed our stay

I thought there should be at least a microwave or a way to make food in the rooms for the price. Bigger fridge too. We are vegan and did not have a lot of choices at the restaurant and felt like it was challenging to have food in our room due to the very tiny fridge and no way to heat up food.

The rooms look very dated and they could command a much higher price if finished to a higher standard. The breakfasts could also be a lot better.

Besides being paradise, all of the staff were so genuinely helpful, friendly and professional.

The entire setting of this property was paradise. The setting is lush tropical with a beautiful Sandy beach to enjoy. We had a beautiful swim all to ourselves in the grotto pool with waterfall.

We went out on the 3 kilometer lower nature walk and enjoyed it a lot at first but once we got to the middle of it we found the trail not to be as well maintained so treading through grasses knee high and higher. A few trees were down on the path as well. Luckily we did wear bug spray so despite being concerned, we made it through the walk without having any problems.

Exceptional

Jungle room was exactly that...a magnificent location..beautifully presented. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was exceptional. We only stayed one night and this was not enough. They had very helpful porters and buggy service to help those who had difficulty with the hill. Magnificent views from main restaurant and lounge.

It was all brilliant. Very hilly but this is it's beauty not a distraction.

Lovely lovely property, think bathrooms need to be revamped

Beach was lovely, the view excellent, staff excellent

The bathroom was a tad dangerous. The showerhead was spraying in all directions and you had to put you hand under the water to get to the taps. I had to put a flannel on my arm so as not to get burnt! Dinner menu was underwhelming and breakfast bun was stale and hashbrown raw. Appreciate staff shortages but given the price I came away disappointed.

Very good

Amazing location, staff were awesome 👌 but were hurried out asked for milk at 7am as didn't have any!! And at the same time was asked when we were going to check out! I understand busy season but paid a huge amount $800 for one night!! Was a wee bit annoyed as I like to chill have a coffee was going to go for a walk but decided I wanted to leave ! Had a cocktail by the pool previous day was lovely amazing pool, then ordered a 3rd yes a little naughty but was quickly told that would be our last!! Was not drunk slurring etc or loud 1st holiday in 2 year's anywho!! 🤔 we did love ❤ but just a wee bit disappointed.

The location, and staff were lovely and we loved how you could get driven around on golf buggies.

we did have dinner at the restaurant at the resort but we contracted food poisoning from the food and are pretty ill so that was the only down fall.
