Amazing location- private, spacious and access to lovely beach. Great pool and comfy bed.

Just mentioning these comments as a great stay could be easily made sensational. WiFi was patchy, slow and unreliable- not what we'd expect for $500 per night - we're not big Internet users but it was difficult keeping in touch with family and the kids - and even filling in online immigration declaration took ages. Often had to switch off wifi but then cellular Data was also patchy. Comfy bed but a fitted sheet would be nice. Facilities a bit dated- toaster was broken but Phill replaced it immediately. Directions to get to the house were confusing even in daylight - the drive is long, steep and has many turns and offshoots, making it hard to estimate 'about 300m' - a few simple signs would be a great help for tired travellers.

A truly wonderful location. A short walk down to the beach. The constant sound of the waves on the shoreline. Fantastic open plan style to fit the location, great pool. All the amenities we needed. It suited us very well for trips both north and south.

The first night the drive in was a bit scary but we followed Phill's instructions, stay right until you get to the end of the road. Could be a little better signposted.

Great location & view - perfect concept with pool and outdoor living environment

A shame many things in the kitchen living area were very tired, unclean and broken, no hot water, draws not able to shut, washing machine not working properly, cutlery etc dirty - If all fixed it would be great.
