I thought the hotel was great. The location was perfect for getting to see London. We had easy accessible bus & train links to Wembley Stadium & Londons famous landmarks. The staff were all really nice polite & helpful. The were two young male staff one who checked us in & he was really helpful, the other one even got us extra milk for our room after we got back from our concert as it was late & the shops were closed , which was really good of him. Bianca on reception when we were checking out was lovely she let us leave our luggage in the hotel while we enjoyed a day of sightseeing. Room was comfortable & clean & was really reasonably priced. Thanks very much to all at Star Hotel we had a wonderful time.
I was a bit sceptical at first before I arrived due to reading a lot of negative reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault it, for the price we paid the comfortable room clean shower & location I personally thought it was excellent value for money & would return in the future.
