Works for one or two nights, I stayed in a small single room with an external toilet. Bed was small but comfortable, breakfast was a box of cereal and milk in the fridge.
The toilet is quite small but fine. Check-in was a phone call, so if traveling from abroad, be aware you need calling capabilities or will have to go to the sister hotel nearby.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Small but adequate room. Breakfast tray and good idea meaning we could eat absolutely when we chose. Car parking cheap for the area
For us, bed wasn't quite wide or long enough though we are large and tall

Good clear instructions to check in, few hrs before.
1min walk from Turnham Green station. Very very basic. Ok for one night. Free food, drinks in fridge and outside with water, crusty bread with condiments, no duvet.
Three toilet rolls. Bathroom small with no floor towel. One towel. No hand towel and weird smell. No shower stand.
Right on main street very loud outside, traffic and trains all day, night and people in building too. They all slam the heavy doors shaking the building and next door were shouting I was in and still making noise.
Felt unsafe as door doesn't feel like it's locked as someone was tampering with it outside.
Huge TV and choices.
Was not cleaned. Hair on blind that hardly covers the light pit. Stains in shower and curtain.
