Wouldn’t want to stay any other place. Train station is just underneath. So transport from airport to city is super easy

Almost perfect

Great location, great lobby with live music. Great breakfast, even though it was a little too crowded. Great view. Very friendly and helpful staff apart from the tallest lady at the reception.

Rooms are getting old. There are no plugs around the bed. This is our second time in this hotel in the last year and every time there are problems with the same staff member at the reception. It almost seems that she was sent to Conrad by the competitors, she seems alien in this great hotel. Unfortunately this tallest lady at reception had no badge.

Attentive staff, good location, beautiful Peak View.

Location - if you like high end malls, you can't go wrong with this location. Pacific Place is right beneath the Conrad. As well as the MTR station that serves all 4 lines. Room - comfortable, adequately sized, beautiful Peak View if you got that room. Breakfast - good enough selections - but I was spoiled at the Conrad Macao for breakfast. Bathroom - very good Byredo toiletries.

Bathroom - cleaning of the toilet area could be better. Grouting of shower area needs a change.

For the money, they didn’t get the basics right and facilities not working.

However, thread bare carpet in the room by the door and a shower that didn’t drain left me very disappointed. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to drain before I could finish showering whilst standing in murky water.

Hongkong war top, das Conrad eher ein Flop

Zimmer war einfach modrig. Das entsprach einfach nicht den Vorstellungen und Erwartungen eines Conrads, selbst nach Reklamation des ersten Zimmers. Das zweite war nur unwesentlich besser. Was uns letztlich dazu bewogen hat auch die Restaurants im Haus nicht auszuprobieren. Wir waren in Conrads die entsprechend Ihrem guten Ruf waren, wie das neue Conrad in Las Vegas.

The executive floor is worth it.

Conrad has the best location, because it is connected to the Pacific Place mall. We had access to the executive floor which was really helpful since we were traveling with a toddler. My husband and I would work or eat at the lounge while our toddler slept.

Conrad remains a convenient place to stay on HK island.

Breakfast spread was great. Room was kept clean even though the place has clearly aged over the years.

The room tap was not working very well. Miscommunication at check in over whether breakfast was included or not.

位置很好，直通太古广场，出行、饮食都很方便。房间在香港酒店中属宽敞。

设施陈旧，房间一旦开了空调就有一股霉味。房内有一个水龙头的热水几乎无法使用，需要开很久很久才能出一点温水，不想浪费水所以我们一直挤在另一个水龙头洗漱，非常不便。另外衣柜里配备的吹风机无法使用（应该是电源线问题），而洗漱间墙上的吹风机是老式的，吹起来噪音大且容易烫伤头发。早餐选择不多，连吃三天真的会腻。

エグゼクティブラウンジの朝食が美味しかったです。２日目のハウスクリーニングがとても良く、気遣いを感じられました。マットレスや枕はリラックスできる上質なものです。

初日はアメニティが少なかったです。入口カウンター付近を何度も通りますが笑顔や挨拶はありません。

Grand confort avec vue sur Kowloon

Un bon rapport qualité prix dans la catégorie des grands hotels de HKG. Très bien situé entre Wan Chai et Central, circulation à pied ou en bus depuis l'hotel pour découvrir HKG Island, Kowloon et les autres iles. Le petit déjeuner est royal.

Competent if overpriced hotel where the staff performance exceeded the facilities and food.

Good staff and location The executive lounge was good Room view was good.

Lighting in the room was primitive - very few and inconvenient options for on / off in different parts of the room. We had executive lounge access bit on the last night this was moved to the 8th floor and was not satisfactory. I am a Hilton Honors member but using BOOKING.com meant I did not get any of these benefits or credits.

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, Kissenauswahl. Frühstücksauswahl sehr groß, Lage sehr gut, da nur ca. 100m zu Fuß von der U-Bahn entfernt.

Breakfast was a good variety though not of the standard of similar type foods found outside. Good timing from 630-11am for the different types of travellers though.

Nothing really made our stay unpleasant, overall a good experience except for typhoon Koinu

Exceptional service makes this a worthy choice in the crowded HK hotel sector.

Everything was above average at the hotel, despite the apparently high occupancy rate. But what really made our stay exceptional was the smiles and the service provided by every staff member of Conrad. We have stayed here before but the level of courtesy and willingness to help was remarkable. I especially want to thank the housekeeping crew. Thank you.

The initial room assigned had a bit of a funny smell, common in Hong Kong with the water pipes, and there were some strands of hair on the carpet. But the second room was wonderful.

Easy to get to shopping and Pacific Place. Room has a beautiful seaview. Breakfast is excellent as it provides a huge variety of food and beverages.

LOCATION IS THE BEST. NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED

THE ROOM THEY GAVE US SMELLED OF CIGARETTES. THEY IMMEDIATELY MOVED US TO A NEW ROOM.

Almost perfect but for...

There are SIX elevators but the wait for an elevator even during non-rush hours are JUST TOO LONG. To take 5minutes to wait for an elevator is extremely inefficient. Don't take my word for it. Please ask your staff to track average waiting time or ask for feedback from clients. This is the only thing that needs improving. Else it's perfect!
