The executive suite and executive lounge were of exceptional quality along with the attention we received from all staff. Our needs were met by Concierge Stephen in a helpful manner. The hotel is located with easy access to the metro and other local attractions.
The only issue we had was the à la carte service in the Garden Restaurant was incredibly slow on both occasions we ate there

I was in Room 4006 on the 40th floor. The view was incredible. The bed was very comfortable.
The master switch was missing on the bedside. I had to go turn it off manually by the entrance.

Location is excellent
I wouldn’t rate as equivalent to other 5 star properties such as Marriott. Beds are really comfortable but bath plug was broken, only 1 water per guest providedand windows in bar were filthy. Breakfast was decent apart from the coffee. Staff cannot be faulted - they are really lovely and are the best thing about the hotel.
