Very welcoming and helpful in all respects. I had a falling incident and they came with a wheelchair and helped me -much appreciated.

Good location in the business district and view of the harbour
Busy causeway and big carpark immediately in front and a building site with bright lights made for disturbance including traffic noise heard in the room disturbing sleep in the early morning. Pool small and no outside pool or terrace to enjoy the view!
