Excellent staff, was very helpful and nice. The hotel has been recently refurbished, the room was extremely elegant and stylish. The area (Central) is good for visitors.
No views. The hotel is facing a block across a narrow street so no real use for the windows. Too bad that the breakfast comes as an expensive supplement.

The service was beyond outstanding. I travelled alone with my four year old son which can be a struggle but the staff were beyond helpful in engaging with him while I was checking in and at various points when I needed to focus on making arrangements.
The pool was not child-friendly, as it was 1.3 m throughout, but this is more of personal expectations rather than a problem with the hotel.
