Very upscale Hotel with beautiful views, several pools, musical shows every night and a very good breakfast. There is a shuttle to be beach, you still have to walk a bit to reach the water, coming back is all uphill. Lots of families with young kids.
This is a huge hotel, if you want to stay close to restaurants, breakfast and the beach, make sure your accommodations are in the main building or you are going to walk uphill or wait for an electric cart to take you to the main building for breakfast or late night drinks and shows. We did not know that when booking but they were very accommodating to give us an upgrade to the main building since my wife had mobility issues due to a broken ankle.

Very Good service, lovely room, comfortable and clean. Good facilities. Breakfast was very good.
Felt the lunch and dinner was overpriced for the quality and selection of food.

Great location. Few brilliant staff.
Not 5* experience at all. Housekeeping not making beds. Bad breakfast bad coffee. Lot of staff off the mark.
