it's one of the best Sardinian resorts in terms of location, fantastic beach and super swimming pool, difficult to find better in Sardinia. Alsomthe food quality is superior
the staff is not very well organized but is kind, the rooms begin to need some renewal for the price that is charged

Location, restaurants options, cleanness room and common areas.
1. Would be good to have an app to book restaurants, food and drinks delivery to the beach;
2. Provide small item to use to put to dry costumes - everyone was using external chairs;
3. Provide at least 1 complimentary water bottle per night and provide places where water bottles can be filled across the village; water should be available in abundance to everyone in particular in those hot days, to charge €3 per 0.5lt bottle and not provide any other options i find it almost not ethical;
4. I am a dog lover and owner, however, I did not appreciate that dogs could lay on same si beds and using same towels that everyone had access too. Pets are lovely but you need to impose rules.

Beautiful location, with easy access to the beach by the little train from outside reception. Good variety of food, we’ve had half board, with plenty to choose from, even for vegetarians.
The first two rows of sun loungers at the beach came at a cost of 100 & 80 Euros, which we were not made aware upon check-in, therefore had to get to the beach early to get a lounger beyond rows 3. Outsiders could also come and pay for the loungers which then limited access of residents. For the price of the property we’ve paid I would have expected more flexibility and availability exclusively for hotel guests. There was no food available outside specified board hours even though there were about 5 restaurants on site. On our last day we wanted to eat something before departure but could only have a ham and cheese toastie. (no good if you are vegetarian), with nothing but a small can of Pringles available at the bar.

La location è bellissima e il resort negli spazi comuni anche
Il servizio è stato pessimo con personale molto junior e poco professionale. Le camere ok ma molto piccole e vecchio stile
