Good value for a clean and comfortable place near the airport in Lisbon.

Bom custo beneficio, mas o pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor.

Check in rapido, informações precisas, limpeza impecável, possibilidade de transfer para o aeroporto com preço acessível.

Falta um pequeno refrigerador no quarto, pequeno almoço muito simples para um hotel do nivel Holiday Inn, o entorno nao facilita se precisar sair para comer algo a noite.

Le service top, personnel super gentille et compréhensible, je suis venue me reposer juste le temps d’un escale le Check out et à 12h, j’ai pus y rester jusqu’à 13h30 sans problème car j’avais un vol à 16h15. La chambre est bien pour le temps de mon court séjour et propre le seul point négatif c’est le petit déjeuner pas du tout varié a part du fromage et une ou deux charcuteries pas grand choses sinon en rapport qualité prix et pour la localisation de l’aéroport c’est bien

Hotel blisko lotniska. Dojazd zajmuje 5 minut Boltem. Na lotnisko można dojechać płatnym transportem z hotelu. Dobre miejsce na spędzenie nocy w podróży pomiędzy lotami

Śniadanie serwowane jest od 6 rano. Jeśli samolot jest wcześniej niestety nie można z niego skorzystać.

Perfekt!

Großes Zimmer, alles vorhanden, toll! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das super freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal.

Die Lage ist nicht so toll aber für eine Nacht bei der Zwischenübernachtung ist das völlig egal.

Not a walkable location so I had to eat at the airport hotel for dinner, which was basic at best.

Breakfast was good

The telephone in the room not working Wakeup call at 0445 was not possible dispite me telling them a day before that it is not working. No bottle of water in the room very strange

Colazione ottima, abbondante e fresca di giornata. Ha tutto e il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

La pulizia e superficiale, anche se il cambio asciugamani è lenzuola sono giornalieri e pulitissimi.

Verlangen für das Wiegen von Koffern Geld Lage mitten im Industriegebiet ohne akzeptablen Anschluss zur Stadt Shuttle nur vom Hotel zum Flughafen und nicht umgekehrt, Taxi sehr teuer, für Frühanreise wurde hohe Gebühr verlangt Würde vor allem wegen der Lage das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, zum Glück gibt es Uber

Clean hotel with a very good breakfast

The breakfast was very good. Eggs, breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit, vegetables, cold meats, coffee and juice. The location is very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

The location is terrible (design and industrial area) and not as close to the airport as expected. Restaurants ate not within a walkable distance.

Good option for the night before a flight!

The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast offering was varied, constantly replenished, and delicious. Shuttle service to the airport was available for 5€ per person. Rooms were clean and sufficiently spacious. The queen size bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was older and had 3” foam. Good location for a 5 minute drive to the airport!

Property is in an industrial area and the nearest restaurant was at least a 10 minute walk. Area does not have pedestrian traffic so walking at night would not be recommended. We ended up eating at the onsite restaurant. Dinner menu is standardized to American fare, and portions were not generous. Also, when we asked for water, it was only available for purchase.

Optymalna opcja noclegu przy lotnisku (problem z wczesnym śniadaniem)

Sam pobyt w pokoju oceniam pozytywnie: łóżko wygodne, w pokoju czysto. Ogólnie ok. Bliskość lotniska - transport Boltem to nieco ponad 4 euro.

Bardzo powolna obsługa w recepcji - każdego gościa meldowali około 5-8 minut co z doświadczenia wiem, że jest dość sporym czasem oczekiwania. Pomimo zamówionego wczesnego śniadania z dużym wyprzedzeniem nie hylo odpowiedniej informacji.

Great place to rest between flights

We spent one night here between 2 flights. It's conveniently close to the airport, they serve a rich breakfast and the staff is great. I'd definitely recommend the hotel, it is perfect for this type of overnight stay when you have a flight the next morning. Taxi ride between the airport and the hotel is about €10.

Love to be hosted in Holiday in Express around the world

The room was great except the bed we wanted, we get a tween bed instead of a double bed There is no fridge in the room, we wanted to put drink and some food for later use

The air-condition did not work in the room The Wi-Fi did not work , they made a backup Wi-Fi that worked only in the lobby, so it was not convenient to stay there and we used our package and could not charge our phone The staff is very helpful and kind.

Disappointing

Facility looks okay

The hotel location is right beside the airport but they do not provide a shuttle to get you from the airport. Also the shuttle leaving from the hotel is only from 6 to 12 AM and you have to pay for it. When we stayed in a hotel beside the airport, we are staying there for a reason which is to catch a flight. So it is money wasted to stay and have no shuttle facilities.

This is an excellent pre-flight overnight choice.

Modern and provided good services (bar, dinner, breakfast). Knock on the door for early morning wake-up.

We just had an overnight previous to flying back to US. Served us excellently but for an extended stay, this property is isolated.

Great for a brief stay while you’re waiting for your flight. Short distance from airport, comfortable, and breakfast pro

Great for what we needed it for which was one night to stay before our flight back home the next day. We checked in 3hrs early and it was no issue. Breakfast was good. Room is spacious and comfortable.

A little pricey for what it is, and it would be nice if there were some other options for pillows as the ones they have are very firm.
