Location is wonderful. Hotel decor is fabulous. Room is small but manageable. There is no HVAC but two large windows. Received housecleaning every day for my stay. I would recommend this hotel.
The elevator broke during my stay. Had to walk up five flight of stairs 🤬.

-great location to explore Paris - Notre Dame cathedral, Louvre, Pantheon in walking distance, 2 metro stations around
-Nice breakfast (not only french style - sweets, croissant with jam etc.) so you can have continental breakfast as well (sausages, scrambled eggs, french cheese, yogurt)
-also no issue with leaving our luggage in the day of our departure
-Room was clean, nice narrow balcony. Street is not very noisy taking into account hotel's location.
-there is elevator also that can be helpful especially if you carrying heavy luggage.
So I can recommend staying at this hotel

Huge room (we were upgraded), comfy beds and great breakfast
World’s tiniest elevator! (but it was a lot better than carrying our luggage at full flights upstairs so not really a complaint!)

Location was good and bed was comfortable
We only had the room cleaned once on a 4 night stay.
The bathroom was so tiny you could not shower properly.
Major roadworks going on right outside hotel.
Breakfast was very hit and miss
The lift was hardly big enough for 2 people
