The hotel does not meet the price you gave. A complete disappointment.

The only good thing was that it was close to the Hong Kong exhibition centre.

We went to the hotel to visit the fair. When we bought the room, we asked for 2 separate single beds. However, when we went there, they gave us a single double bed. They gave a duvet to a seat on the side and said 1 person could sleep there, but it was very hard there. It wasn't like going to bed. The room was incredibly narrow for 2 people. Likewise, the bathroom and toilet were narrow.

Great room space for HK and decently valued.

The location is very strategic as it is near Time Square and the Train Station. It is my first time staying in this area and I found it interesting as there are local wet markets in near the property. The breakfast was okay wasn't expecting much but it was hearty enough to fill the tummy. The room was larger than expected and larger compared to my other previous hotel experiences in Hong Kong. The room is equipped with all the basic needs and it has USB Plugs which made it easy to charge devices. I loved the combination of pillows that it provided.

Excellent location

Location was perfect. We loved that is close to the MTR and all the shopping centres in the Causeway Bay Area. Room was big for Hong Kong standards. Staff were friendly. They came to clean every day.

Breakfast is terrible. We stayed for 6 nights and the last 2 days we didn’t even bother to go, we went to the cafe downstairs that is cheap and good quality.

Worth it!

Location was great. Walking distance to the MTR. Breakfast selection was limited but good enough for the price. Room was small for 2, but good thing we were transferred to a relatively bigger room due to some concerns. Rooms are cleaned everyday so it's well maintained.

Персонал на ресепшене всегда был готов помочь, что в принципе нормально) уборка в номере была очень хорошая!

Завтрак был ужасный. Каждый день одно и тоже и невкусное. Выбрать можно из 4 вариантов, но первые два даже китайцы едят туго. В номере когда мы зашли пахло сигаретами. Оказывается в номере можно курить, но окно открывать нельзя. Зато больше нигде курить нельзя)

Rooms are very old dated, our carpet had a permanent wet spot the whole duration of our stay which i think are due to the piping's... room just didn't feel clean... breakfast is also very limited where they should return the buffet breakfast.

Limited choice in breakfast and pillow was too soft and old. There was no lock in the toilet door.

Excellent, perfect location near Times Square, Causeway Bay. Very functional hotel and room

Very central and easily accessible. the MTR is located near to the hotel and there are many small eatery places nearby ... will not get hungry in the middle of the night.

Breakfast is outsourced to a restaurant at the same hotel - very basic and same everyday. The only plus point was that it allowed you to pack back so that you can still make good use of your breakfast voucher.

- จองห้องพักแบบ standard double room - high floor (ได้ห้องมุม ซึ่งมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าปกติเล็กน้อย) - ในห้องนอนมี sofa bed ทำให้สะดวกมาก สำหรับการเข้าพัก (2 ผู้ใหญ่ 1 เด็ก) - ห้องนอนขนาดไม่เล็กมา มีพื้นที่เหลือให้เดินและวางของ ในขณะที่ห้องน้ำใหญ่กว่าที่คิดไว้ - ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ติดทางเข้าออก MTR ที่ตึก Time Square แต่ถ้าจะขึ้นรถบัส จะเดินไกลนิดนึงประมาณ 300-400 เมตรแล้วแต่ป้ายจอดรถ - บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีร้านอาหารเยอะ และมี 7-11

- อาหารเช้าแบบ set menu ที่ไม่มี choice ให้เลือกมากนัก (มีให้เลือก 4 เมนู)

Great location!

The location is excellent! It is next to MTR, with restaurants & shopping. The breakfast is simple fare. The room is clean & the beds are comfortable. The aircon in my room is very cold while my friends in the other room said their room is warm.

The breakfast quality/selection can be improved.

Overall the experience was okay, if you are looking for a hotel near to MTR, then you may consider this hotel

Strategic location Near to MTR, SOGO and Times Square just in walking distance..MCD , KFC and Indian foods just in 5mins walk..

- house keeping didn’t clean the room well.. -Dusty -pls don’t book breakfast together with your booking as its not worth the money. - we were there for 6days and they served the same menu for breakfast.. most of the items were pork.. -Poor service by the hotel restaurant’s staffs -No bidet in the hotel( it May acceptable as you can’t find it anywhere in Hong Kong )

Wonderful.

Customer service is very good. Staffs are very assistive. Convenient & accessible location. Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. Always a hotel to be for us when in Hong Kong.

Good value for money, excellent location with great customer service.

Excellent location, close to Times Square, close to transport links but the rooms were nice and quiet. Decent breakfast options with McD or Starbucks vouchers (but room service option was prompt but limited in choice). Staff were great, attentive & helpful - quick to make up the sofa bed and providing extra bedding when requested.

The bathroom sink and tap design could be better as the spout was too close to the edge and water spilled onto the counter. With the sofa bed made, there was nowhere to move the office chair to prevent it from blocking the tv (but we did not consider this important as we did not spend much time in the room).
