Wifi available. Enjoy amazing oceanfront views with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grills. Parking for 2 cars included on open parking lot. No large RV type vehicles or trailers permitted. No pets permitted. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit. 7 day stay required during peak season, May 31, 2024- Aug. 15, 2024. Check in / out on Saturday. Off season, two day minimum stay, longer term stay available, please inquire with potential dates.

I can't even start to say how perfect this stay was. The location was perfect. The condo had everyrhing we could possibly need including a bunch of homey and thoughtful touches. The owner Barbara was extremely helpful especially during Idalia. We had the best time ever. Many many thanks to Barbara again for everything.

Clean and elegant property. Kitchen was well stocked. It would be nice if the Sea Colony property provided outdoor showers. The beach was way too crowded for our taste, but that is no one's fault. In our unit, the front, right stove burner didn't seem to be working properly. When first turned on the hot (not cold) water smelled like sewer for the first 15-20 seconds. Should the water heater be checked? But, overall, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

This was the best condo we have stayed at before in Carolina Beach! Gorgeous views, pool is fantastic and proximity to beach can’t be beat. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had chairs, etc we could use at the beach. Will definitely look to stay again!

Horribly foul smelling water from the hot water faucet when we got there. Stunk up the whole room wherever you were. Notified the manager never really did anything except have the H O Way people come and take a sample of the water. It was worse in the beginning, but it throughout the entire week. No one called to see how it was going. Very disappointed. Had always enjoyed our week at Sea Colony and in this particular condo. We will not return.

Property was AMAZING!! Ocean view was excellent. Condo very clean and all you need are your clothes and food. Drier needs looked at, took a long time to dry clothes, along with a TV channel guide would have been nice or instructions on how to use TV.

Loved the location. Very clean. Everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was an elevator to bring all of our stuff up stairs. Was a nice surprise. Need a new can opener!

The condo is as advertised. We were able to comfortably fit four adults for a week long trip and it had all the amenities we needed. Not to mention a fantastic Ocean view in a great location. Well worth it.

First time at Carolina Beach. The place was beautiful and clean. Loved the balcony set up . I drank my coffee while watching the waves. The pool was closed and not sure why. Didn’t use it but if we had used the beach equipment the owners had we would have needed to clean the chairs but we had brought our own. Other than that we loved the place and the location.

This condo was fantastic! We loved the layout, the location, and especially, the view. The furniture was comfortable and cozy. The bed was also very comfortable. The condo was incredibly clean and included all the things we needed to be able to cook every meal.

Condo was wonderful. You can’t beat the view and beach access. Elevator was such an added bonus for 84 yr old mother-in-law. It was spotless and had everything one could think of or needed. We made most meals there and had all necessary pans and utensils. The owners really thought of everything. The boardwalk is a mile down the beach if you like walking. Parking at boardwalk $10 for 2 hours and they were ticketing those who went beyond the time limit. Burgers at Island Mart near McDonalds…incredible. The BBQ joint rt on boardwalk was good too and reasonable for amount of food you get. Celtic Creamery great shakes and mini donuts…good gift store too. Had a cold, rainy day…went to the nice, smaller aquarium - took 90 min. Learned a ton from Ray about a sea turtle they rescued.

Great view of Ocean!! Condo had the most amenities I’ve ever seen. Comfortable and cozy. The pool was closed for half the week- bummer. And the only complaint was the guests upstairs were very loud. Not sure if they were extraordinarily loud or thin ceiling/floor?! We would stay here again.

Stayed in July 2022. The unit was wonderful and the host was extremely attentive and was easy to reach. This was our first trip to Carolina Beach. The deck with the ocean view was our favorite part. We spent a lot of mornings drinking coffee and a lot of evenings drinking wine on the deck. The unit itself was great for a family of 4. Close to the beach, lots of amenities. And lots of stuff in the kitchen so make sure you check what's there before you go shopping. Noise from upstairs was a minor issue. It was loud but was very short lived. Really had no other complaints for our whole stay. Would definitely rent again

We come every year to this lovely condo at Sea Colony. It gives us the opportunity to live right on the beach in this homey two bedroom/ two bath condo. Ann supplies her guests with everything needed to give us the best ocean beach vacation ever. And we do it every year! Aren’t we lucky!!, 🥰

This trip was used to celebrate my husbands birthday and remember my mom as well. The views from this condo were amazing and the elevator was super convenient with having a small child. The walk to the board walk was a mile away which wasn’t to bad. It was nice to be in a quiet area since we had kids. There are still places to eat closer by so that was good. We plan to stay again next year.

This airy condo is right on the beach. Just open the patio doors to hear the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets. Condo is clean and has all the comforts of home. If staying more than a weekend bring extra towels. Enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind going back.
