Le petit déjeuner, bien qu'un peu cher, était magnifique. Un ascenseur est dédié aux personnes qui veulent se rendre à l'espace bien être.

Parking introuvable. Le gps ne pointe pas au bon endroit et avec tous les travaux nous n'avons pas réussi à le trouver. Un lit qui grince, un néon bruyant, une douche qui s'évacue mal (si on utilise le pommeau du plafond), une carte magnétique peu fonctionnelle (on se demandait si on allait pouvoir rentrer dans notre chambre à chaque fois. Malgré un passage à l'accueil pour faire part du problème, cela n'a rien réglé). L'espace bien être n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour se détendre quand même. J'ai fait plusieurs hôtels 4 étoiles et celui ci n'etait pas à la hauteur de mes espérances. Il est ok mais ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles.

Huge selection at breakfast. Well placed for the city. Friendly staff.

More expensive than we'd thought - think we'd assumed breakfast and/or parking were included in the booking.com price. Worth double checking.

Location is great! Hotel has a complimentary underground parking. The toilet in room is separated from bathroom.

Rooms are super small. Elevators too.

Excellent location for the city centre, parking on site, friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern, very comfortable, quiet and spacious. There were bathrobes, slippers and a good choice of toiletries. Coffee maker was excellent.

The quietness of the rooms was great. The breakfast was brilliant and full of variety. Staff pleasant. Hotel centrally located very close to the large shopping Square and many restaurants and bars. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Slippers and bathrobe provided for the spa. Don't forget to ask reception to turn on the hamman as otherwise it's off. It takes about 15 mins to heat up.

The beds were a bit hard for our taste. The bar has set opening times, so if you arrive mid afternoon, it's closed, and you have to stay thirsty until it opens at 6 pm. Only one key card given to us. This meant we had to go everywhere together as a keycard is needed for electric in room, spa entry, and to operate the lift. So if one of us wanted to use the spa, the other either had to come or stay in the room with no electric (!)
