Location near to centre
Personell. Could not even pronounde number 110 in English, nor in German. Cleaning service should wait until somebody checks out before entering the room !!!!!!!!!

Comfortable hotel, clean, well organised and helpful staff. Good location for us, and quiet at night.
It was too warm at night in the room - it would be good to have a lighter duvet option.

fantastic breakfast - very nice
rooms not clean - carpets full of dirty spots - light in bathroom was defect - asked for new bulbs - they promised - but nithing happend
