All of the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was tasty as well. The room was clean and had some nice amenities like a towel heater and a hot water heater for tea/coffee. Our room had a balcony which was a nice bonus.
The location is beautiful but a bit out of the way from the convention center which was our main destination. Also it took us a good 10 or so minutes when we first got there to figure out where to check in and where our room was. The layout of the building is not very intuitive.

A very good couple of nights spent here. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Having to get an iron and ironing board to my room was the only inconvenience I encountered and this is very much a first world problem.

The staff were helpful and quick to respond, the view was great and silent at night for sleep, the room was very nice and positive vibe and good sunlight at day. The resutalt was amazing, the burger was one of the BEST I ever had, the staff were super nice and Bastian was 5 star and took care of us every evening there.
The pillows ! They are absolutely finished and 0 life in them, I highly recommend the hotel to throw them out and buy a whole new set. I ordered 2 extra ones and they were absolutely the same
