The hotel is in on a relatively quiet street. The check-in process was smooth, without any issues. The location is not far away by public transport from the airport. The room had all the required basic amenities and it was quiet during the night. There are bus station around the corner from the property. Good value for money.
The neighbourhood where the property is located is not very appealing. The reception works only until 7:30 p.m. The furniture in the room was a bit wore down and you could tell that the cleaning was not done very thoroughly. The closest tube station is a 15 -20 minutes walk away.

If people come late to the facility, ensure the lift is working effectively. Otherwise, carrying the luggage if disabled is a challenge.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a bus stop close by that takes you to the metro system. There are restaurants and eateries in walking distance.
The elevator only worked in the morning after everyone was up. It did not work at night when returning to sleep or upon arrival with suitcases. We had to drag our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs after traveling for 14 hrs, and also down the stairs when we left because it was very early and the elevator wasn’t working yet.

Cleaned
No air conditioning or a fan and we were really hot in the room.
Also the cleaning ladies took us our towels out and never replaced them and there was nobody at the reception to ask for support
