Overall comfortable and as well good place for my pet. Nice view to the town and good breakfast.
Instant Coffee served for breakfast is not my best option and no SPA access.

I enjoyed the scenery and location You're allowed to see the wooded areas there were grapes that were edible on vines around the windows of the room and around the facility. It had a sauna room it had a wonderful restaurant. Although I did write something in what I did not like even in my situation of having to have medication refrigerated the hotel was very accommodating and helpful to me and refrigerating my medication.
The only thing that I didn't like was that I did not have a refrigerator in my room. I am on medications that are required to be refrigerated.

It's a large hotel in a nice location on a hill above the town. Great terrace and a lovely view for a beer. Rooms are very large and have air con. Bathrooms were clean and the whole place was clean.
Arrived late and no hotel staff on reception. Only an on call number in case of issues. We had no towels in one of the rooms and had ordered an extra bed at cost which wasn't in the rooms.Also no towels in one of the rooms and after multiple calls managed to speak to someone who informed to ask at the restaurant. Funnily the restaurant had asked us to call the number. Other than the ghost ship of staff the only gripe we had was the playground consisting of broken mirrors and shards of mirror for the kids to play with and the lethal slide which meant our 10 year old had to spend 3 hours in a hospital having his arm seen to .. oh and the "natural pool" is actually a pond and swimming is forbidden.
