Schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel (wir waren auf dem Weg nach Schweden). Frühstück völlig in Ordnung Parkplätze genug und kostenlos. Norderstedt ist auch nicht weit.
Die Flieger starten direkt drüber. Aber es gibt das Nachtflugverbot.

Electronic check-in did go smootly. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Large room with a good bed.
The message two weeks before the start of out holiday that breakfast could not be served on Monday morning was a disappointment. An alternative ( a bakery in the neighborhood ) was only suggested a couple of days later in a second mail, sent to make sure we had read the first mail and were aware of the issue.
The hotel is in the north of the runway or Hamburg airport. Due to the wind direction during our stay (1 day) , all planes did take-off above the hotel. Luckily , Hamburg airport seems to stop plane traffic between 10 pm and 6 am.
