Happy they pick up the phone in the middle of the night and accept late booking, late check in and being really helpful for a desperate person travel long distance for a night to rest.

Breakfast was lovely but scrambled eggs were always cold, but the food was tasty and delicious. The chocolate santas were a lovely touch.
I would have loved a proper pillow, they were very flat. Also, the temperature in the shower kept changing from scalding hot to cold, there was no in between and lead to a very stressful shower.
