The location, the number of free and paid entertainment and sport activities for kids and adults. The cleanliness and overall service.
The swimming pool.
Good breakfast.
No additional charge for kids.
It is really possible to arrange late checkout with quite reasonable surcharge.
Wifi coverage is really good for the whole area of the resort.
Half-board option where you have to pay additionally for any drinks during the dinner (and it was not stated anywhere before booking). The food was not of a restaurant level for dinner. Paid car parking at site is a strange solution for a resort like this.
Basic rooms are really small.

The service provided by the staff was great. Very friendly, quick with solutions.
Great breakfast, lots of choices.
Much to do for young kids.
We liked the fitness room too.
Several things were not working, too bad because for the rest our stay was great.
Gamesroom several machines not working (both pinball machines and cargame).
In the fitness room the 2 cross trainers defect.
Bathroom ventilation not working.

Lovely, clean and spacious hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms, good bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent bar and restaurant area, great outdoor space and seating area. Massive carpark. Within walking distance from village.
Breakfast had Limited choices for the English customers. Needed more cooked items like mushrooms, sausages, bacon on a daily basis.
But a fantastic continental breakfast

Hotel located in a nice mountain area. You can have nice view outside.
Dinner and Breakfast is really good. Lot of options. Children buffer is also good for kids.
Indoor playground is nice.
Upon arrived checked with hotel if swimming is ok. Got confirmed. But during checking in they tell you due to some issues swimming pool is closed. And don’t know the opening time. Dinner buffet food is real salt. I knew they are trying to boost drinking selling. Very bad smell at Arcade area.
