Sehr schönes Hotel mit guten Service aber noch viel Luft nach oben für den Preis.

Sehr gutes Service und schöne Zimmer Gutes Essen und Service beim Essen Reinigungspersonal/Zimmerservice sehr gut

Im Welness werden die Massagedüsen alle drei Minuten ausgeschaltet was sehr sparsam wirkt. Zudem werden nur Früchte angeboten - andere Wellneshotela bieten mehr Auswahl (Nüsse, Datteln, etc.) an Das Doppelbett geht auseinander, da es auf Rädern ist - zudem fand ich es etwas zu hart. Das Hotel bietet zig verschiedene Polster an aber ein Bauchschläferkissen haben sie nicht. Regendusche im Zimmer gut aber zur Hälfte verstopft QR Codes im Lift funktionieren nicht Fast nur ausländisches Personal (kein Schweiz-Feeling)

Angekommen im Paradies auf Erden

Das Zimmer 311 ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, grosser Balkon zum ruhigen Garten. Das Thermalbad ist das schönste Bad, das ich je gesehen habe. Aqua fit am Morgen macht Spass. Das Essen im Igniv war HAMMER!

Manchmal war der Service ein bisschen langsam. Wir mussten beim Frühstück lange auf Kaffee und Oeuf Benedict warten. Auch in der Loungebar kam der Kellner erst nach längerer Zeit um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Impeccable quality and service. Food was good , staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel atmosphere was welcoming n warm . Room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable and clean.

Price is steep 😁

Pictures don’t do the place justice it’s amazing

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort has everything you could think of. It is the most beautiful place to sit and look at doesn’t feel real. Amazing !

Stunning place

everything.. everything was luxury and everyone was helpful. location is stunning and restaurants were top notch

some elderly man was getting naked in front of everyone at the pool and no one said anything to him.. not a great look when you try to enjoy the pool

Fantastic hotel. Was my 3rd visit and will come again

Although a short stay. The spa is great. The facilities are really good. Food is excellent. Room spa loft was just wow.

I had a slight reaction to my hands from the soap bar in the bathroom. Next time I will ask the butler for Hypoallergenic soap or bring my own.

Relax and Spa retreat!

Very grandiose premises with serene park in front. The spa and water facilities are outstanding.

Expensive. A small snack costed around CHF100 for 2!! The pillows were so uncomfortable despite having a pillow "menu"!!

A luxurious, child friendly and relaxing experience!

beautiful modern and clean, but the best thing was it was totally child friendly! My 2 yr old son had even his own spa bathrobe and slippers, Buffett, baby spa… wow!!!

Great service, and very relaxed

Spa was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The concierge service was superb - probably the best i've ever dealt with

Service in the Verve restaurant was a little bit uneven (but we ate in the Italian restuarnat, and that worked very well. Also, while we like the contemporary art scattered around the property, the decor was a little bit not our taste - it looked a little like a luxury hotel in the Middle East

Great spa experience

Best thermal spa wellness. Very comfort bed and room. Cleanliness is perfect. Breakfast is fabulous and well provided ingredients from nature. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. Take time to walk around in the hotel area because of nature surrounding.
