Location and the view
Bedrooms were a bit dated and there was a general lack of security. Anyone can walk in and take the lift to upper floors (for example) without pass key or being challenged.

Greta location, the view is unbelievable. Very clean.
Staff, specially food and beverage staff was very un attentive, definitely no the standards of a 5 star hotel. In just two days we had many instances of “service friction”, such as seating in a table at 12.30pm and asking for coffee and drinks, and being said that they “don’t have beverage service, only restaurants” and we needed to head two floors above in order to get drinks and take them down to tables ourselves. Then we decided to have lunch (this is 1pm) just to be told; at 2.10pm, that we need to order coffee or any drinks fast because they close at 2pm. Remember this is a 5 star hotel, and these are the only tables in the terrace in front of the lake. I understand is “Swiss hours” but still the experience is very far from the level el service you should expect for a nice hotel.
