It was an excellent stay. The property is in a fantastic location, with all shops in easy walking distance and the hotel looks onto Lake Geneva - a nice promenade that you can walk:run down that hugs the shoreline.
The facilities were great, we had a lovely meal on the terrace restaurant and regularly used the outdoor pool/spa and gym facilities. We were also very impressed with the staff, who were always very friendly and didn’t make anything seem too much.
It was a brilliant stay, the only shame was that the indoor pool was closed for renovation.

Breakfast staff was good, service was good. Bed was uncomfortable, it was two single beds next to each other, then they covered with something to make it look like a one bed, but it was still moving (from head furniture). Also one of the bed pieces had a small whole (not flat, inside shaped) probably it was overused, my wife had back pain next day, then I switched my side with her. We called the reception, they said next day they can change our room, we did not want to pack again, instead we wanted them to change the bed and they didn't.
Bed, and limited view of the room because it was top right corner and lack of balcony. The linens and cushion covers were poor quality, cushion covers were much bigger then cushion itself, not ironed
