Fantastic location, great welcome staff very friendly and helpful.Great onsite services. Great additions like a drinks on arrival and free fruit or sweet even dog treats.
It’s in need of a little TLC, Windows need leaves removed and washing, paint work needs touching up, Pillows need more!. The location of the coffee machine needs relocating as it blocking the passage and flow of people especially at breakfast time.
Sadly the amount of broken glass on the cobblestone makes it impossible for a dog to pass from the hotel into town. We reported the issues but they said it’s towns area not the hotel. Also the swimming pools toilet seat was smashed it to was reported but nothing done in the 3 days we stopped there. Sadly!

Clean and spacious, even got upgraded to a suite!
We did have an issue with the water pooling in shower in toilet downstairs.

Location was excellent and the room was huge.
It would have been better if we were on a lower floor in the tower as there were many steps because we were on the third floor!

The location was extremely scenic and picturesque
There were places in our room that has not been dusted in weeks, the toilet wasn’t working properly, the staff tried to trick us into paying another price for parking, the parking was pricey and the breakfast was extremely overpriced
