I loved Oak Tree restaurant. Definitely coming back again.
Miscoordination between the property and booking regarding my room preparation for my birthday where the events and operations director came in and fixed the situation.

I love the place , the pools are amazing and the food selection and variety Staff were super helpful
It was a bit busy considering the time we booked and service was a bit slow around the pool Took more time to check in but the staff were very helpful

The hotel is very old. The water in the pools are excellent. .
Everything in the hotel is for charge. Mini bar not free Water is not free .wifi Internet is not free, Only limiterd access is free.
