Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable, Entry to the Therme is included and the location is very good, a few minutes walking from the town center.

We loved the location, right in the middle of Leukerbadd with breath taking views of the village and surrounding moutainscape.The breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety of bread and pastries which were very fresh and delicious. The additional benefit of thermal spa access was such a delight. A quick walk from the hotel to the spa, which has lots of different pools and thermal.exoeriences all with an outstanding sunny view. We will be back.
The check in time was a lot earlier than we are used to but I quickly realized that a lot of hotels in this area are the same. It was my fault for not checking properly.

Very disappointed after getting a ridiculous fine of 60Euro for late arrival (came in at 21.00 instead of 18.00 when the check inn closes)
