Profesionální a milý personál jak na recepci, tak v restauraci i ve wellness. Všude čisto, klid, vše fungovalo jak bylo inzerováno. Parkování za závorou v podzemní garáži. Hotel je pár kroků od hlavní promenády, nedaleko trhu i obchodů. Stravování velmi chutné, obsluha pozorná, velmi široký výběr. V hotelovém baru příjemná živá hudba při které si můžete povídat a relaxovat. Skvělé.

During our stay we liked the size of room, nice staff, wellness, food was good but because it was served by staff sometimes we had a feeling they dont want to feed us 😄During breakfast I really appreciated gluten-free and lacto-free corner.

We didnt like that the minibar was empty and you could only buy things at reception.. no toiletries (like cotton pads, ear sticks) those were also available at reception only.. No free drinks during dinner and if you order something, they immediately bring you the bill, part of each bill is a service fee (not too much but if you order as many rounds as we, it can be pretty much)

Some guest's smoking on balcony, but what can you do. Not a problem of the hotel! just people are .... .

the smell in the swimming pool (septic tanks?), the bed was not flat (it hungs at one side), i miss the caffeteria/bar outside and with opening hours starts in the morning (instead of 11am).

Top accommodation for a relaxing stay

Wonderful wellness facilities, perfect service by all personnel (e.g. prompt replacement of fridge in the room, laundry done on time even though it was very busy), lots of options at breakfast and dinner (we had half board), easy indoor parking

The rooms are spatious. The dinner was exceptional when taking half board.It is the perfect place to charge batteries.

Wasn’t clean and the cleaning crew was doing bad job, not changing sheets or ropes, not even cleaning dirty glasses, and

was okay. not too great but adequate.

Great hotel with many swimming pools; Good location, near to many restaurants and pubs. Good road bike to Balaton. Tasty breakfasts and rely good suppers.

It is hard to communicate in English, only few people from staff speaks English. Prices in hotel are rather high (bear, water, coffee). Coffee served to breakfast is not tasty.

lovely helpful staff nice big room (apartment) lovely shower good storage in room (family apartment) good selection of food at breakfast and dinner overall but see comments below amazing desserts great sauna complex with ice and fresh towels

parking isn’t free at breakfast and dinner it wasn’t clear what was what, lots of food had no labels so you had no idea eg what kind of cheese or what jam you were having - a random label was placed above a row of 6 jams saying diabetic jam, no clue which one it was… not great if you’re diabetic… everything had sugar in, eg rice pudding and semolina pudding so you couldn’t season it to your taste and again not great if you’re diabetic even the cinnamon has added sugar in it main dishes and dessert were fantastic but starters often inedible and tasteless cleaning - staff left dirty glasses and spoons where we left them, didn’t replace with clean ones, only randomly replaced the mugs. weird. Also left the bed as we left it (although we made it ourselves but obviously not to hotel standard). so basically they only cleaned the bathroom pool area was overall nice but the recline beds were not appropriate for a baby which was a pain (basically nowhere to sit with a baby)

The apartment was really nice. The dinner was a buffet but elegantly served and the food was really great. The breakfast was brilliant too. Arriving late we got the chance to enjoy the pool as it was opened till nine and evidently not crowded during those hours. I would have loved for the coffee in the morning to not be an instant coffee but other than that everything was amazing including the staff's professionalism.

Nice short stay

Heviz is nice little town/spa center with lot of greens and flowers. Lake is very nice and something that you can not see anywhere else. Nice walking distance from hotel to the lake (max. 10 minutes). The hotel overall is nice, the room as well. Everything was clean and staff was polite. Spa facilities, outdoor pools was nice.

Nowhere is mentioned that construction works between 2 outdoor pools (and also just below our window/terrace) are in progress, which off course had influence to overall impression. Although I am not the one of those who think that should be too much food choice in the hotel, but if this is the current standard, I must say that this was not the case in this hotel. For breakfast, the salami was low quality. What particularly surprised me was that choice of pastries was very bad and everything seemed "like from yesterday". Also, the coffee was of poor quality. There was not a large selection of food for dinner, but what was on the menu was nice and delicious. I thought I should write this, because it is more surprising having in mind that the Hungarian is well-known for extremely good and quality food. I guess Corona's time did its thing.

Excellent hotel close to Lake Balaton. Great pool facilities and very good clean rooms.

Great location and reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is very good.

Restaurant staff could be more helpful and friendlier. Massage and Beauty services were fully booked so we weren't able to use these. Still building some areas outside

unfortunately the main outdoor pool would only reopen on 26th May - which we had not known until we checked in
