Centrally located (though navigating the highways in Monterrey is a nightmare), within walking distance of a few restaurants and a nice public park (we walked our dog there). Friendly staff, what looked like a good breakfast buffet with an omelet station (we didn't pay for breakfast ourselves but it looked good). Room was comfy and had plenty of space to spread out. Water filter machine was available by the elevators. Parking garage is under the building and it seemed safe enough to leave our all our stuff in the car (we were packed to the gills on our way to crossing to the States).
The shower had a few hairs in it and the tile was mildewy. That was the only thing that made me feel the room was less than clean.

Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff, good size rooms.They welcomed the dogs with little gifts and they are close to a dog park.

The only good thing was the bed, which was very comfortable.
There are basically NO amenities of any kind. The AC is either freezing cold or blistering hot —making sleep a true ordeal.
