Fiquei bem decepcionada. A realidade é totalmente distante da proposta ofertada pelo app

Não gostei de nada

Tudo. As roupas de cama não foram trocadas, as toalhas de banho, muitos velhas e pequenas, chuveiro não tinha água quente e desregulado, molhando todo o banheiro, não tinha toalha de rosto e nem tapete de piso e o elevador muitas vezes não funcionava e também não tem frigobar.

La ubicación, el precio.

Cama doble chica, toallas chicas y no siempre limpias (viejas y se nota que no las cambian hace años), instalaciones viejas y no bien tenidas, las mucamas en la mañana ponían la música fuertísima en la habitación de al lado mientras la aseaban y nos despertaban siempre, el desayuno no era muy rico, el wifi no llegaba a la pieza. En resumen las 4 estrellas están pegadas con “chicle”.

The condition of the hotel and rooms. It was a dump—false pictures on booking.com. The rooms did not look like the pictures but old run-down rooms. No views from the windows and windows did not lock and poor curtains. My bathroom was small and tight not like the picture. You were sitting on the toilet and in the shower at the same. My first room did not have a toilet seat. They moved me but the same room was a dump then no internet, I had to go to the lobby. Finally, someone entered my room while attending a Tango show and went through my luggage.

Deixou e muito a desejar, o valor cobrado nao é compatível com o que entregam. Fiquei decepcionada.

Localização muito boa, perto de muitas coisas que dava pra fazer a pé ou pagando barato no Uber. Tem estação de metrô super perto. Os funcionários são solícitos e simpáticos.

Móveis velhos e quebrados, quarto no booking informa que tem frigobar mas não tem em nenhum, quando cheguei o vaso estava entupido, a cortina box com lodo, a limpeza deixou bem a desejar. Café da manhã sem variedade nenhuma, elevadores velhos e muitas portas quebradas, com aparência de que já tiveram que ser arrombadas.

No recomiendo este hotel

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. El hotel es muy viejo , sin mantenimiento Con ascensores muy chicos y con mucho ruido y se pasan parados en diferentes pisos La limpieza no es suficiente El desayuno tampoco es muy completo.

Nos faltó dinero de la habitación Reconocemos que el encargado se hizo cargo y nos devolvieron el dinero que alguien robó Las caja fuerte de las habitacione estaba rota

Good location, good staff. BUT, very dirt , broken matress, dirt bedding. We have to request for change room. The staff very friendly and helpful. This is NOT 4 stars Hotel.

the hotel is clean and nice and in a good location. Breakfast is excellent!

The Wifi did not work during my stay. 2 days no internet and was not even possible to do my check in so I was frustrated. Otherwise it is very nice hotel!

Great location but could do with a lick of paint, does the job for a quick stay in BA.

The location is good, the price was ok considering the location and time of year.

The rooms are very dated, sparsely furnished and in need of some refurbishment. The cleanliness is passable but far from perfect. The lift is fine but avoid taking the stairs as there is a very odd smell coming up from the basement.

I’d recommend to avoid unless you like it dirty.

the location was good

the room was very dirty, the bedding, towels, bathroom, the toilet seat was rotten. the window didn’t close properly, the a/c didn’t work, the wifi was very unreliable and the signal was weak.

Would not recommend the stay for any co-workers

Front desk staff were incredible!! Location was great

I transferred rooms 3 times for various reasons, and the bed in the 3rd room (604) had springs coming up through the mattress which made it very difficult to find a comfortable spot to sleep. The extra blankets at the top of the closet were dirty, both of them....so that was GROSS to discover! The cleaning staff were absolutely TOO LOUD in the hallways in the mornings, not realizing some guest like myself, may have still been trying to sleep and/or work from the hotel room.

unclean hotel with not friendly hotel staff. would not recommend to anyone.

The property was close to the airport we arrived from.

The bedding and towels looked used and not clean as most had stains on them. The wifi was terrible and I had to disconnect from it. during our stay, the power went out and no one went to check on us. we made the decision to leave and had to take our luggages down 6 flights of stairs in the dark. I told the front desk that we were wanting to request a refund and stated I needed to handle that with booking.com Booking.com tried to reach them via phone and email and they are not responding purposely. i would not recommend this listing to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Did not live up to expectations, rather disappointing

Very good location in Recoleta. Rooms large and air-conditioning worked. Pleasant reception area. Staff pleasant enough but did not speak or understand English. Basic but adequate breakfast. Relatively cheap.

Despite 4* rating this hotel is definitely NOT 4* - more like 1* or 2*. No hot water when needed in the mornings and evenings. Rooms outdated. Bed linen and towels were stained and grey. Shower curtain collapsed on first use. Hand basin cracked. Bath badly stained. Air conditioning flooded the floor.

Definitely not a 4* hotel, I would not return.

Location, breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly but didn't speak English. Relatively cheap.

No hot water when needed, bathrooms outdated, sinks cracked in both rooms, air conditioning worked, but flooded the room after a few day's use. the bathroom grate was distorted and I cut my toe on a sharp edge. the towels were clean but looked dirty. This hotel was classed as 4* but is only worth a 2* rating. Could not telephone out of the hotel. The shower curtain rail collapsed at first use.
