Doesn’t worth for the price

I stayed in queen suite room. Furniture is old. There wasn’t anything special. They charged even for water! Doesn’t worth for it

Old fashioned rooms. Very old furniture. Poor breakfast. Has seen better breakfast even in 3 star hotels

OK. But I wouldn't recommend it. The neighborhood is pretty bad.

It's a 3 star hotel in a 2 star neighborhood.

They could have bilingual staff. But you gotta go 4 star or higher to expect that.

Nice room, good food, helpful staff! A++

The hotel was everything we needed it to be! Centrally located, walkable. Super clean and amazingly friendly staff! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We would most definitely stay again!

Good price-quality combination but ask for a room not facing the restaurants and the street

I think the hotel has a good value for money. My room was spacious and had a comfortable bed; the cleaning lady was very efficient and kept it well taken care of. I liked the location, too; I also work in hotels sometimes, and the comfortable desk and good internet are important to me, the room I had was equipped with a good working desk and the wifi connection was quite good.

I found the room not very calm; there was an outside restaurant downstairs and its customers were very noisy until very late, I think this is something that hotel could arrange by discussing with the restaurant and making them move people inside after 10 pm...Also, my room was connected by a thin door with another room next to it; while the doors were closed, I could hear my neighbors all the time, and it was not very nice, they were quite loud, too. Finally, the breakfast was so-so, there was a variety of fruits and sweets, but if you want a not-sweet breakfast, the options were very limited (but maybe sweet breakfast is a thing in Argentina and it's a cultural issue, I cannot really complain about this, then)

You could hear the person in the other room snoring. The person in the other room called my room because she could hear my YouTube videos sounding in my phone.

Missing our paid breakfast. We had an early morning flight at 730am so we had to leave the hotel before 5. With other hotels, we would get a packed breakast but this one did not provide such service.

Exceptional

We stayed at this hotel one night on the way to a cruise the next day. Everything was excellent and the staff so helpful and super friendly. Breakfast and location was great

Great location and great value for money.

The location is just perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy.

We’ve got 2 rooms and both rooms had issues with the WiFi. There was wifi but it wasn’t working. Front desk staff tried to fix it but they were not able to. Wifi only worked downstairs in the lobby.

location was wonderful and bed was very comfortable. we really appreciate the breakfast included.

there was an issue with check in (the room w/ queen bed that we booked wasn’t available) and they were trying to charge us more for a suite. in the end, they recognized it wasn’t our error and upgraded us. we were appreciative in the end.

We had a problem with communication between the hotel and the app where Booking told us that the hotel had cancelled our stay so we had to stay somewhere else. We went directly to the hotel to confirm they wouldn't charge us and found out our hotel room was ready but we had already separated somewhere else.
