Comfortable Room Close to the Sights

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Conforto e Localização excelentes!

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto MUITO espaçoso com poltronas, escrivaninha, cofre e frigobar, a cama é enorme e confortável. Localização excelente, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé, a poucos passos do Obelisco e também tem muitas opções de ônibus e metrô em volta. Por lá também utilizamos Uber sem problemas. Amamos o atendimento, principalmente da Luciana, que foi muito atenciosa com a gente! Wifi funciona muito bem. E o banheiro também é grande e o chuveiro é ótimo, eu amei tudo.

Escapada perfecta para 2!

Todo estuvo excelente! La habitación superior maravillosa! El servicio, el personal, las instalaciones, el desayuno, todo bien! Si bien la zona donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel es una zona movida, la seguridad por parte del hotel era permanente.

Nos quedamos en la habitación 407 (habitación superior). Todo impecable pero en la noche se oían ruidos que no entendimos bien de dónde provenían, si de la estructura de las ventanas o del piso superior pero eran ruidos incomodos que no nos dejaban descansar plenamente. Solo esa observación que ojala revisen y solucionen pronto.

Great view, great room

Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel about 9:30 in the morning. We had been traveling for over 26 hours at that point. They were gracious and allowed us to check in. Not having to wait until 3 PM. The room was very spacious!

Perfect location for our 2 night stay in the heart of Buenos Aires.

Reception staff very helpful, were able to change one of our rooms to be next to the other. The rooms at this hotel are the largest rooms we have stayed in (standard room). Breakfasts were very varied and delicious. For the purpose of this short trip, the location was just right.

There was nothing we did not like.

They try to cheat me big time

Location is great 👍 Breakfast super and staff in the restaurant the best. Beautiful smile every morning from all of them 💘

When I checked in, she give me cheaper room what I had reserve and didn't tell me. I have to come back and complain...she told me room was already taken!! 3 nights in that poor room and then I get what I had order. She said also that I get compensation when I check out...but bill was even bigger. I was hurry to airport so I didn't have time to complain but I will soon. Very poor guest services in reception.

Excellent & Thoughtful Staff

The staff are the best. From front desk, room service & door men. They are friendly, accommodating & thoughtful. The hotel is just a block away from the obelisk. Mini mart is abound in the area. Subway station is at the corner. Convenient. We had power outage & the staff were very quick making a decision transferring me to another NH property - 9 de Julio. Both properties’ staff showed excellent customer care, customer service.

it was okay

front desk was helpful. nice and clean looking. was a great central location for the World Cup.

the first room I stayed in had bugs, so I was switched to another room. this room had thick curly hairs all over the bathroom counter that I had to clean up on my own as I was exhausted from the flight and wanted to shower. also, treadmill didn’t work past 18 minutes (gets locked) which was half the reason I chose this location (fitness room) so that was very disappointing.
