The location is amazing, across the street from the obelisco and half a block from the famous street Corrientes where the theatres are .

Location across from the Obelisk! Near lots of restaurants. Loved the view from our balcony. Very nice, low key bar area.
Reception was a little crowded but manageable.

The hotel location is unremarkable as it is in the city centre. Loads of traditional landmarks are reached easily within minutes and convenience stores are numerous in the area, some of which are open 24 hours. The hotel has 24-hour security, but there are touts gathering near the entrance. I believe the hotel staff is aware of this.
I have purchased a deluxe room with a double bed and inclusive breakfast. I was disappointed to find that the room I was given was not deluxe at all. Instead, it was a small room with two single beds. I informed the receptionist about an error in my booking and presented them with the confirmation. However, they informed me that they do not offer double beds for single occupancy and that the 20-meter rooms mentioned in the booking form were not available. This was disappointing as I had booked a deluxe room. Furthermore, the room lacked any electrical outlets, leaving me with no choice but to charge my electronic devices in the bathroom where only one plug was available. The breakfast hall was bustling with people queuing up for tables. As someone with a disability, I found it difficult to climb the stairs in the hall due to the lack of a ramp and found it awkward that no hotel staff was available to request assistance.
