Nice rooms (junior suites).
Nice bed, very comfortable.
Nice breakfast, good assortment
The pool was closed because it is winter time.
The staff was nice and available to answer all our questions.
WiFi is ok

The light control in the room is bizarre.
There is no plug near the bed, where to connect the phone to recharge during nights.
There are some stairs to enter the hotel, which are uncomfortable with luggages.

Style of hotel. Internal architecture.
We arrived early, 10am. But they said our room might become available, so keep asking. We stayed until 3pm. Each member of staff didn't know what was happening. They kept shuffling papers. Finally they admitted they got out booking wrong. We demanded a room at4pm, they kept asking us to sit down. So we stood at the desk until they finally put us in a room. They upgraded us. Larger rooms., some lights not working. And lights operated from switches in the other room. It they could have been bothered, they could have dealt with us by 3pm, as they had rooms available. There was no apology, we didnt get into our room until about 5pm. Lots of staff on the front desk shuffling papers, they need to be taught abut customer care. Not a nice welcome to Argentina after a 13 hour flight.
