Great location
There are two hotels next door to each other, and we were put in the one without the rooftop pool. Therefore we had to go down and out of ours and go next door and up to use the pool.

Our room was spacious and quiet, just as I'd requested. Bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective (and welcomed). We were happy with the hotel location, close to restaurants, shopping, bus pick up zones, etc. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful and our check in process was seamless. Luggage storage was easily facilitated.
Our breakfast experience was a little disappointing. The breakfast room is quite small and did not appear to cater well for the number of hotel guests. Staff were friendly and worked hard to clear tables, however, were clearly under a lot of pressure. The menu was sufficient but not extensive.
Cleaning staff were visible, however, we had to request our room be 'made up' after we'd been out all day. The two ladies who arrived to clean the room were courteous, worked quickly and efficiently and we were grateful.
