Muy lindo hotel, piscina calentita, habitación grande y buen desayuno. El personal super amable y atento.
Se escuchan los ruidos del pasillo desde la habitación. Estaría bien un secador de pelo y una tetera eléctrica para hacerse un te.

Great location, a very confortable bed in a spacious room and a decent restaurant. The spa was also very nice. Overall great service !
Some small things didn’t work well. For example the safebox.
And I think the price was a bit too high? But not by much
I really enjoyed my staying !

Room was nice and silent.
Location was very good.
Housekeeping was very good (when they came).
No tissues in the bathroom.
Hotel was fully booked and some days we had to wait in line to have breakfast (i.e. wait until a table was available).
Although reservation said $1.50 City Tax per person, per night, was included. hotel charged us said amount in addition to the room cost. That is a $21 loss for us.
Room rate included use of a Club Room. This was a nice large room with facilities for business meetings, However, there was no coffee, water, etc., unless you called Room Service and were charged for it.
Room TV was difficult to use and assistance was needed to turn it on.
Some days we had to request housekeeping because the room had not been cleaned.
