Well located hotel, close to the Obelisco, Teatro Colón, Corrientes Avenue, Florida street, good restaurantes, and a short taxi ride to Puerto Madero, San Telmo, etc. Staff in general is very friendly and provide good advice for restaurants, tango shows, ect. Also staff in the restaurant area is attentive.
The whole hotel decoration and furniture is very old. The room we stayed for 4 people was good size, but the TV very small, no desk to leave laptops, personal stuff, no coffe machine or water, the double bed was just two single beds put together, and the toilet had a very old 1980's vibe decoration. Breakfast is very repetitive, particularly if you stay for more than 3 days.

Breakfast was not good. "Hot" food was cold, bain-marie had no heating under it, small selection. We didn't even bother the last morning.
Everything was falling off from the door knob, toilet roll holder & hand towel holder. It really needed work done.
