It feels like home. The staff are great and very helpful
That it doesn’t have an outdoor sitting area (patio) the only sitting area is the lobby

Good location good breakfast comfy bed rooms a bit worn but overall good value for money
Bar was very poor running out of tonic no lemon next day no gin taking an age to get served
Real fast not enough staff
Several complaints made and customer services came to see us and others to try and address issues so they are trying but some of the staff letting the establishment down
