The location, the balcony, and the view of the obelisk from our room were mesmerizing, day and night. It was so much more than we had expected. Also, the art in the public rooms, breakfast and a simple dinner in the dining room, and cocktails in the lobby/sitting room both enjoyable and delicious. Every request we had -- from advice on taxis and walking tours to booking a tango show and a tour to the Tigre Delta -- was handled with efficiency and knowledge.

Maybe a sign indicating Reception is needed at the entrance , in front of the escalier and some information that if you have luggage you may use the glass elevator up to Reception .

In general, the room is clear. Long check-out time is perfect

Door of the bathroom was broken. It always moves through inside or outside of bathroom. Tv controller is also broken. I had to plug out the tv to close. If you want to sleep more, do not forget to put warning table in front of your door. Otherwise, people may disturb you around 9 am to clean rooms.

The hotel is a cute little boutique type of hotel

The bathroom light shade was missing, under the bed it was dusty, they put a chocolate on the pillow 1 of my 3 days, they don’t tell you there is a free breakfast with coffee, juice, bread but then there is nobody there to clean up the mess every morning.

The location and the staff were very good. The quality of the breakfast was also good.

The facilities have seen better times and were somewhat old and worn, with poor attention to maintenance and renovation. The room had a lot of damage: curtains, lighting (short circuits everywhere), shower and sink water taps, old and worn furniture. The windows were very thin and single layer glass, not well sealed, therefore the room was particularly noisy and the noises of the main road, even from the 5th floor, were very loud all over the night. In general, it's a very bad value for money, you just pay for the location if you get an average room. Other colleagues got better rooms, therefore the quality is not standardised across the facility. Finally, laundry service was slow and failed to deliver same day, as guaranteed by the hotel.

We liked a lot the hotel location on the 9 July Ave in the downtown of Buenos Aires, the breakfast was great, the room on the 9th floor with a great view for the avenue, it was really clean.

The Air System is centralized, it means the you will not be allowed to control it, so on the night the room gets really warm.
