The rooms were spacious and very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful.
Our first breakfast was a bit of a cluster as a booked large tour group all converged at the same time to eat. Food disappeared quickly as did the plates and cups. The next day it was more subdued and the breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff and very accomodating. We arrived off the cruise ship earlier and got to the hotel at 11:30 am .. our room was ready by 12:30 am .. they did offer to store our luggage at no cost even after we were to check out the next day. The hotel was quiet and clean. It did show some signs of outdating but nothing that affected our stay. We were offered an extended checkout till 6 pm for an extra $30 which was great having a flight not till almost midnight. The front desk arranged for transport to the airport. Lot's of convienient shopping and restaurants within walking. The breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. We would stay here again.
Nothing although it might have been nice to have a pool or hot tub.

The Hotel looks renovated, and in general the facilities looks clean. During the check in everything goes find but the check out, the person was very rude.
The sheets and towels look pretty old and extremely used.

The location and good peaceful bedrooms
There were no walk in showers in the hotel. Very difficult for poor mobility/disabled. The staff were polite but not proactive or enough staff.
The bar was never open!
4 Star hotel should have been better in terms of facilities and customer service. Reception needs to offer a concierge service for tourists.
